Carefully cut the end of chicken fillets with a knife and tenderize it on both sides to get the homogenous thickness of a meat piece. Rub the fillets with salt and pepper, and put grated cheese and finely chopped herbs into the cut. Roll up chicken chops and wrap them with pieces of bacon, then fix the bacon with toothpicks or sword picks. Put the roll onto a baking tray covered with baking paper. Roast in the oven heated up to 180°С for half an hour. Before taking the chicken out of the oven, keep it under the grill for 2 minutes in order to get the homogeneous golden crust.
