Fillet of chicken thigh stuffed with cheese

Chop the greens and mix them with cheese. Add salt and pepper, and mix again. Stuff the fillets. Cover the casserole dish with oil and put the fillets into it. Top them with mayonnaise sauce. Heat the oven up to 180C, then put the dish into the oven and roast within 30 minutes. While roasting pour the appearing meat juice on top.

  • Cheese 200 g
  • Greens 1 bunch
  • Salt and pepper in your taste
  • Mayonnaise sauce
