Chicken pie with rice, tomato and herb.

Put foil into a casserole dish. Put the ground chicken meat on the foil previously covered with salad oil and then add salt and pepper. Wash the rice and put it into cold water (use 1 glass of rice and 2 glasses of water) , boil within 10 minutes.

Then put it into a strainer and rinse with cold water. Scramble the eggs and mix them with cream. Add the eggs and cream mixture into the dish with rice and mix it all. Distribute rice on the chicken breast uniformly. Slice tomatoes and put them on therice. Put some grated cheese on top. Put into the oven heatedup to 180C for 40 minutes.

  • Ground chicken meat – 600 g
  • Rice – 350  g
  • Cream – 300 ml
  • Eggs 4 pcs
  • Cheese – 150 g
  • Tomatoes 2 pcs
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon
  • Black ground pepper – 1 teaspoon
  • Soy sauce – 1 tablespoon
  • Salad oil – 1 – 2 tablespoons
