Chicken meat balls with sesame

Put chicken fillets, egg-yolk, lime juice, chili sauce, garlic and basil into a food processor. Grind up to uniformity. Form small balls from the ground meat. Fry them in heated oil till readiness. Strew each meat ball with sesame seeds. Serve chicken balls with fresh herbs.

You will need the following ingredients:
  • Chicken fillet – 170 g
  • Egg – 1 pcs
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Lime – 1 teaspoon of juice
  • Chili sauce – 1/2 of teaspoon
  • Basil – according to your taste
  • Vegetable oil
  • Sesame
