Chicken drumsticks in orange glaze

Wash chicken leg quarters and dry them with paper towel. Cook the syrup for the chicken. Take the zest from one big or two small oranges and squeeze the juice. Add orange zest to the juice. Pour the soy sauce in. Put the ground ginger and add the sunflower oil. Melt honey and add it to the syrup.

Grind the garlic and put into the syrup. Mix all of the ingredients. Put chicken leg quarters into a casserole dish. Add a little bit of salt and pepper. Pour the syrup on the chicken and put into the oven heated up to 185 C. Roast it during 35-40 min. Regularly pour the sauce that appeared during roasting on the meat with the interval of 7-10 min.
