Chicken wings in spicy syrup

Wash the wings in cold water, dry them and rub salt and black pepper into them. Heat a frying pan much without salad oil, put the chicken wings into it and fry on both sides till the golden crisp.Take the wings out of the pan. Pour the salad oil into it, then add sugar and melt it. Add some soy sauce and fine grated garlicinto the frying pan . Add some hot sauce. Boil the sauce, mixing it. As for density, it should be like caramel. Put the wings into the sauce and make them ready turning from time to time.

You need:
  • Chicken wings 1 kg
  • Salad oil 3 tablespoons
  • Sugar 4 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce 3 tablespoons
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Hot sauce 100 g
  • Salt and black pepper in your taste
