In December, Federal Research Center named after V.M.Gorbatov of the Russian Academy of Sciences announced the results of the Ninth International Competition in meat products “Meat Oscar – 2020”. The competition assesses the quality of products that are subject to detailed quality check. Examination includes checking the safety of products presented at the competition, evaluating packaging, compliance of labeling data with the content and, of course, their organoleptic characteristics. Thus, it was not easy to get the awards of this competition. The products of “Elinar-Broiler” Poultry Farm won two highest awards, gold medals for semi-finished products “Elite” sausages and cutlets “Fullness Steak with Bacon”. These awards are the highest recognition of our company’s achievements in the field of meat production.
